Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you ever disatisfied with your order because of damages, shortages, or because we sent you the wrong item, or if you believe that an item is significantly different than described in our listing, please contact us and give us the chance to make it right. All returns must be approved in advance, whether returned for exchange or refund. When requesting a return authorization, please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. Please allow us at least 48 hours to respond.

Returns for exchange: Exchanges may be available for some items, depending on inventory levels. All exchanges will be for product identical to what was originally listed on our website at the time the purchase was made. Product from one listing may not be substituted for product from another listing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend that returns be shipped with Delivery Confirmation for your own security.

Returns for refund: In most cases, returns will be for a full refund of the amount paid by the buyer at the time the purchase was made. The refund will be given for the amount paid for the product, plus shipping costs paid by the buyer at the time of the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend that returns be shipped with Delivery Confirmation for your own security.

Our policy on checks and money orders: For your added convenience, we accept payment in the form of Certified Checks and Money Orders. During the checkout process you will have the option to specify payment by Check/Money Order. If you choose this method of payment, you will receive a notification that your order will be held by us for 7 days while we wait for your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled, and the items returned to our inventory. Please note that once we have received your payment, we must still wait for your payment to clear with our bank. This should not take more than a few days. Please also note that we do not accept personal checks.

Our "Will Call" shipping option: For those shoppers in the Greater Lansing area, or those who will be passing through the area, we offer the "Will Call" shipping option. This option allows you to purchase items from our website without paying any shipping costs whatsoever. You then stop by our store during business hours to pick up your purchase.
